Role Description This is a Full-time, on-site role based in Agra for a Full-Stack Developer and AI Agent Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support VORRIK7’s production workflows, from front-end interfaces used by creators and internal teams to back-end services that manage media assets and pipelines. The developer will build and integrate AI agents for tasks such as content tagging, clipping suggestions, workflow automation, and performance analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with production and creative teams to understand requirements, optimizing system performance and security, and deploying updates to ensure platform reliability. The role also requires troubleshooting issues, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of tools used across the agency.

Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack Development skills, with experience in both Front-End Development and Back-End Web Development.
• Proficiency in Software Development best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern front-end frameworks for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience designing and integrating AI agents or machine learning-driven features into web applications.
• Familiarity with common web stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar back-end languages; modern JavaScript frameworks; RESTful APIs).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
