FINAGG Technologies Private Limited
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

About FinAGGFinAGG Technologies is a Noida-based MSME fintech group that builds and runs cash-flow-based lending for banks and NBFCs. The group has three regulated arms: FameScore (RBI-authorised TSP and GST Suvidha Provider), FinAGG Services (Lending Service Provider under the RBI Digital Lending framework) and QCF Capital (NBFC).

The FinAGG LOS is the platform this role owns. It runs supply chain finance, GST-based Overdraft and Term Loan journeys for large private sector banks, PSU banks and small finance banks, and has processed 10 lakh+ MSMEs.

The platform today:

  • Borrower-facing PWA journey plus a back-office portal for RM, Credit, Ops and post-sanction users
  • Configurable BRE that supports cash-flow-based assessment models
  • Pre-integrated with CKYC, GST, Account Aggregator, multiple bank statement analysers, MCA, and in-house document identification and fraud checks
  • Post-sanction stack covering document generation, eNACH and paper NACH, co-lending, escrow and bank payment APIs
  • Partner sourcing APIs that let third-party apps originate leads and hand borrowers into the journeyThe roleYou own the FinAGG LOS as a product: the roadmap, journey design, BRD quality and release outcomes for every bank and NBFC on the platform.

The mandate is to move the platform from product-by-product builds to one configurable rail for MSME credit. That rail must cover unsecured and secured products in a single journey: Overdraft, Drop-line OD, Term Loan, Loan Against Property, Equipment Finance and Purchase or Invoice Finance.

This is a hands-on role. You will write BRDs, sit with bank policy and credit teams, configure rules with engineering and stay with an implementation until it is live and stable.
