About the Role
Seventh Sea Holidays India is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Product Manager to manage and develop our international travel products and holiday packages.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of popular international travel destinations, including their attractions, hotels, activities, travel seasons, visa requirements, and overall tourism landscape. You will be responsible for creating competitive travel packages and ensuring our products meet customer expectations and market demand.
Key Responsibilities
Research and develop international holiday packages for popular destinations.
Have strong knowledge of destinations such as Dubai, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, Maldives, Bali, Kazakhstan, and other major international tourist destinations.
Plan and structure complete travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and excursions.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, suppliers, and other travel partners to negotiate competitive rates and inclusions.
Regularly research new destinations, attractions, hotels, experiences, and travel trends.
Analyze competitor packages and pricing to ensure our products remain competitive.
Create and update destination-wise product information, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch and promote travel packages.
Identify opportunities to create new products based on customer demand and market trends.
Ensure package details are accurate and commercially viable.
Assist the sales team with destination and product-related queries when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in travel product management, tour operations, destination management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and tourism products.
- Good understanding of international hotels, sightseeing, activities, transfers, and travel itineraries.
- Experience in creating FIT and/or group holiday packages is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
- Good understanding of international travel trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple destinations/products simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic digital tools.

Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who already understands international travel products and can independently research, build, price, and improve holiday packages rather than someone who requires extensive destination training.
