Web Developer

The Role & Responsibilities

• Build, document, and test scalable web components using React, TypeScript, and Storybook.
• Lead the evolution of our Web Design System, ensuring strict decoupling of UI components from business logic.
• Collaborate with visual designers to enforce design tokens (colours, typography, spacing) and maintain 100% parity between Figma design specs and code.
• Drive web app performance, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive cross-browser rendering.Requirements
• 2–4 years of professional web frontend engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Storybook, React / Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS architectures (Tailwind / CSS Modules / Styled-Components).
• Strong understanding of atomic design principles, component isolation, state management, and API integration.
• Experience setting up automated visual regression testing (e.g., Chromatic, Percy) is a strong plus.What We Look For Across All Roles
