About the Role

We are looking for an IT Associate to support day-to-day IT operations and project initiatives. The role involves working on software development, data applications, data visualization tools, documentation, troubleshooting, and internal technology platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming and analytical skills, along with good communication and client-handling abilities.

Key Skills

• BE/B.Tech in CS, IT, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering and data applications
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization/plotting libraries
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server
• Good understanding of software development fundamentals, including:
• OOP
• Testing
• Design patterns
• Software development best practices
• Working knowledge of AWS S3, Microsoft Excel, and R Shiny
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Client-service mindset with the ability to manage client stakeholders
• Ability to think conceptually and challenge traditional approaches

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain existing codebases and data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain data visualization tools and related applications.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and implement enhancements or changes to existing processes.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production code.
• Enhance and maintain existing data visualization tools developed using R/R Shiny.
• Support Project Managers by extracting and preparing data from multiple databases using custom connections and SQL queries.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation and support process-related documentation.
• Support office technology buildouts and facilities-related IT coordination.
• Assist with governance of AI and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and internal applications as required.
