Junior Flutter Developer(Min of 1 year experience)

Role Description The Junior Flutter Developer will work on-site in Palghat in a full-time capacity, collaborating with senior developers and designers to build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and contributing to application performance optimization. The role involves participating in code reviews, testing new features, documenting technical work, and supporting the implementation of UI/UX designs. The Junior Flutter Developer will also assist in maintaining existing applications, implementing best practices, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development, with a strong understanding of core concepts and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), including experience with Dart or similar languages and application architecture patterns.
• Basic experience or familiarity with Back-End Web Development, RESTful APIs, and data integration to support mobile application functionality.
• Experience building or contributing to Flutter applications, including widgets, state management, and responsive UI design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic knowledge of software testing practices is an advantage.
