Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of complex technology programs across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong program management, stakeholder management, and technical understanding, with experience delivering AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end program delivery from planning to production rollout.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.

Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and program governance.

Track program health, manage risks, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.

Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

Coordinate with global teams and manage stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

8–12 years of experience in Program or Project Management.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and software delivery lifecycle.

Experience managing AI/ML, GenAI, cloud, or enterprise application projects.

Good technical understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (preferably GCP), system integrations, and solution architecture.

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are an added advantage
