🔹 Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in DevOps, Kubernetes administration, and Amazon EKS.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized AWS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and Step Functions.
• Experience with security, networking, network troubleshooting, and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Strong understanding of solution design and architectural design.
• Experience with Linux administration and production-grade systems at scale.

🔹 Technical Skills

• AWS services including EC2, VPC, ALB/NLB, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM
• Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon EKS
• CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Argo CD
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
• Monitoring and observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
• Microservices, API design, event-driven architectures, and service-to-service communication
• Security services including IAM, security groups, WAF, KMS, and Secrets Manager
• Scripting using Bash, Python, or similar technologies

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AWS cloud architectures that are scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized.
• Define reference architectures for microservices, serverless, and containerized workloads.
• Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Establish SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and observability.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for microservices and serverless workloads.
• Architect and operate production-grade Amazon EKS clusters.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate provisioning, scaling, configuration, and recovery.
• Optimize deployments using blue-green, canary, and rolling strategies.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-account AWS landing zones.
• Exposure to cost optimization and FinOps practices.
• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments.
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or AWS App Mesh.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives.
