About the role:

Som Imaging Informatics Pvt. Ltd. (Somnetics) is looking for a Principal Full Stack Developer / Custom Software Engineer with 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Python to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The role involves full-stack development, solution architecture, API integration, performance optimization, and technical leadership, along with integrating Agentic AI, pre-built AI services, and third-party APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications using Java, Python, Node.js, React.js, and Angular.js.
• Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications.
• Integrate Agentic AI, APIs, and third-party services.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Perform technical design, code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, BA, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Follow Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Git, CI/CD, and development best practices.

Technical Skills

• Backend: Java, Python, Node.js
• Frontend: React.js, Angular.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Database: SQL / NoSQL
• APIs: REST / GraphQL
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (preferred)
• Tools: Git, Postman, VS Code
• Exposure to AI-enabled application development / Agentic AI integration will be an advantage.
