Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer with strong Python engineering skills and hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI agents using GenAI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent solutions using the Agentic AI suite.
- Build and apply agent harnessing concepts to orchestrate, control, and monitor agent behavior.
- Develop scalable, production-grade backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate GenAI models and AI agents with enterprise systems, data sources, and tools.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI agents in production environments.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with architects, data teams, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the Agentic AI suite.
- Hands-on experience in AI agent development, deployment, and agent harnessing.
- Experience building scalable and production-grade systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Strong software engineering and Agile methodology experience.
- Working knowledge of Machine Learning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills
- Experience with GCP Cloud Platform.
