Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior ERPNext / Frappe Framework Developer with strong experience in developing, customizing, and implementing ERPNext-based business applications.

The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Python, Frappe Framework, JavaScript, MariaDB, and REST API integrations. The role involves developing scalable ERP solutions, automating business workflows, integrating third-party applications, and providing technical guidance to the development team.

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
  • Excellent Python programming skills.
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap knowledge.
  • MariaDB/MySQL database experience.
  • REST API development and integration.
  • Custom DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, and Frappe applications.
  • Linux, Ubuntu, Nginx, and Redis.
  • Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and cloud deployment experience.
  • Application debugging and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities

1. ERPNext & Frappe Development

  • Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext applications.
  • Create custom DocTypes, Forms, Reports, Workflows, Print Formats, and Server Scripts.
  • Customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
  • Develop custom Frappe applications and reusable components.
  • Implement role-based access and workflow automation.2. Backend Development
  • Develop backend applications using Python and Frappe.
  • Build business logic, APIs, scheduled jobs, and background tasks.
  • Work with MariaDB/MySQL database design and query optimization.
  • Develop REST APIs and third-party integrations.3. Frontend Development
  • Develop user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Customize ERPNext Desk and client-side scripts.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and interactive applications.
  • Work with React.js or Vue.js where required.4. API Integration & Architecture
  • Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.
  • Implement payment gateway, Microsoft 365, and authentication integrations.
  • Work on SSO, OAuth 2.0, and JWT authentication.
  • Design scalable and multi-tenant ERP architectures.5. Deployment & DevOps
  • Handle ERPNext deployment on Linux/Ubuntu servers.
  • Work with AWS, Nginx, Redis, and MariaDB.
  • Manage installation, upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  • Work with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.6. Technical Leadership
  • Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Guide junior developers and support technical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with BA, QA, Product, and DevOps teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Multi-company and multi-tenant architecture.
  • Automated testing and application security.Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of overall development experience.
  • Strong practical ERPNext / Frappe development experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation and customization.
  • Experience handling enterprise-level applications and integrations.Good to Have Skills
  • ERPNext HRMS, Payroll, CRM, Accounts, Inventory, Procurement, and Projects.
  • React.js / Vue.js.
  • AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Microsoft 365 integration.
  • SSO, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
