Role Description As an Owner Intern at Kelicalix Technologies, you will support the founding team in shaping the platform vision, strategy, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and user research, contributing to product ideas, assisting with community-building initiatives, and helping coordinate partnerships or outreach efforts. You may also help with basic business planning, documentation, and process improvement to ensure efficient execution of early-stage projects. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on exposure to startup leadership and product development. The position is hybrid, based in Nagpur, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, product ownership, and early-stage startup environments.
• Ability to conduct research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable ideas.
• Basic understanding of social platforms, online communities, or self-improvement products.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and external outreach.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Nagpur, with the ability to collaborate both in person and remotely.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, technology, psychology, or a related field is beneficial, but not strictly required.
