Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Nashik. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications, collaborating closely with designers, content creators, and other developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include building user interfaces, implementing server-side logic, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, testing new features, and following best practices for security, accessibility, and code quality. The Web Developer will participate in planning, provide technical input on project requirements, and contribute to documentation and version control.

Qualifications

Strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience in building and maintaining modern web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design frameworks.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side languages, databases, and APIs.
Understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered Web Design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to debug, test, and optimize code for performance and security.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
