We’re looking for people with unusually high agency and strong determination. People who, when they want something badly, don’t wait for permission, follow the obvious path, or stop because someone says it probably won’t work.

At 999 Venture Studio, you don’t join to simply execute someone else’s roadmap.

You join to learn how to take a software product from an idea to real paying customers.

You’ll be paired with a mentor and work directly with our team to learn how to:

• Find and challenge product ideas
• Understand a market and its competitors
• Build and launch an MVP
• Get your first users and customers
• Learn marketing, sales, and distribution
• Find product-market fit

You’re not expected to already know how to do all of this.

That’s the point.

We want strong builders who want to become complete entrepreneurs and eventually running their own companies.

You join us as an employee, with a monthly salary from $1,500 to $4,000, while we cover development costs and give you access to mentors and experts across product, engineering, marketing, growth, and business.

Then comes the bigger opportunity.

If a product you help build reaches $20K/month in revenue, you can unlock up to 20% equity and become its CEO.

From there, you build your team, run the company, and can eventually start building the next product with us.

We’ve just hired our 5th builder, and we’re looking for many more.
