### Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and market-oriented **Product Manager – Electromechanical / Mechatronics** to manage and grow the electromechanical product portfolio. The role involves product strategy, market analysis, portfolio optimization, customer engagement, and go-to-market planning within the industrial automation domain.

### Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete product lifecycle for geared motors, gearboxes, industrial motors, and mechanical power transmission solutions.
Identify market trends, portfolio gaps, and new business opportunities.
Conduct competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, and cost-performance analysis.
Gather customer insights and Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback from OEMs, machine builders, and industrial customers.
Develop product strategies, business cases, and portfolio growth plans.
Drive product launches, market adoption, and go-to-market initiatives.
Collaborate with global product management, sales, marketing, operations, and application engineering teams.
Support product localization, standardization, and migration from legacy products to next-generation solutions.
Drive portfolio profitability, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.

### Must-Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering/automation discipline.
8–10 years of relevant experience in electromechanical products, geared motors, gearboxes, mechanical power transmission, product management, application engineering, technical sales, or industrial automation.
Strong understanding of industrial machinery, motion applications, and mechanical drive systems.
Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, and industrial manufacturing customers.
Good knowledge of product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Exposure to both sales and application engineering is highly desirable.
Prior product management experience will be an added advantage.
