Senior Consultant – Infor Syteline Technical Consultant (.NET & SQL)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Technical Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in Infor Syteline, combined with hands-on experience in .NET development and SQL database technologies. This role will support implementation, customization, enhancements, integrations, and production support activities within manufacturing environments.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

• Configure, customize, and support Infor Syteline applications.
• Develop and maintain solutions using .NET technologies within the Syteline ecosystem.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Support application integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution activities.
• Analyze manufacturing business processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure application stability and performance across multiple environments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.

Basic Qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor Syteline (CSI).
• Experience in Syteline implementation, customization, support, or enhancement projects.
• Strong proficiency in.NET / C# development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Knowledge of Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) manufacturing models.
• Experience working in techno-functional roles supporting ERP applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Work Schedule

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts supporting global business operations.
• Hybrid work model with office presence as per organizational policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global ERP environments.
• Exposure to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Prior experience in application support and production environments.
• Ability to work independently and interact with cross-functional stakeholders.
