At TOPGRILLS, we specialize in Invisible Balcony Grill installations, and we're looking for a smart, creative, and execution-focused AI Automation Engineer to automate our entire business workflow.
🎯 Your Mission:
Build an end-to-end automated system that manages our customer journey from New Lead → Final Payment Received.
⚙️ What You'll Build:
✅ Lead Automation – Capture leads from Facebook, Instagram, Website, WhatsApp & other sources into one CRM.
✅ AI-Powered Follow-ups – Automate WhatsApp messages, lead nurturing, reminders & customer communication.
✅ Sales Pipeline Automation – Track leads, customer interactions, site visits, quotations & conversions.
✅ Installation Workflow – Automate scheduling, team assignments, installation status & customer updates.
✅ Payment Tracking – Automate payment reminders, balance tracking, payment confirmations & status updates.
✅ Business Dashboard – Build real-time dashboards for sales, pending installations, collections & business performance.

n8n / Make / Zapier / Pabbly Connect
AI tools, LLMs & API integrations
WhatsApp Business API & CRM automation
Google Sheets / Airtable / Database integrations
Webhooks, basic coding & problem-solving
