Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering teams and lead the development of innovative software solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in transforming high-level architecture into detailed technical designs, building scalable applications, and mentoring team members. You will work on critical parts of our technology stack, designing, building, and releasing applications and systems that enhance how our customers learn and engage with our educational and professional platforms.

Core Technology Stack

Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda, AWS SAM, and AWS Step Functions.

Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with experience building scalable backend services and serverless applications using AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.

Experience with GraphQL and AWS AppSync, including API design, schema development, resolvers, integrations, and efficient data access using DynamoDB.

Hands-on expertise with OpenSearch and Elasticsearch, including search architecture, index design, data ingestion, search indexing, query optimization, and implementation of scalable search solutions.

Experience designing and developing cloud-native, event-driven, and serverless solutions using AWS services and modern application development practices.

Ability to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS technologies.

Full-Stack Development

Experience in React 18, TypeScript, Vite, and Material UI (MUI).

Proficiency in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Experience with component-driven development, reusable UI architectures, state management, and frontend performance optimization.

Advanced experience with modern frameworks and libraries

Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch)

Experience with developing cloud-native applications

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies

Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

3-6 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or technical lead
