New Product Development Associate - Devices

About the Company:

Pebble is a fast-growing smart wearable and consumer tech brand building products that combine technology, design, and everyday lifestyle. We’re looking for a hands-on person to support the end-to-end development and execution of our wearables and consumer electronics portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end hardware product development from concept, sampling and testing to mass production and launch.
• Work closely with OEM/ODM factories and suppliers on specifications, BOM, costing, samples, iterations and production.
• Own project timelines, trackers, milestones and follow-ups across multiple products.
• Coordinate with Product, Design, Engineering, Quality, Packaging, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to keep projects moving.
• Track samples, testing, approvals, production readiness and launch deliverables.
• Identify delays, dependencies and issues early and drive them to closure with the relevant teams.
• Maintain clear project documentation, status updates and action items.
• Support vendor evaluation, negotiations and resolution of product or manufacturing issues.
• Stay updated on new hardware technologies, components, competitor products and emerging wearable categories.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in consumer electronics (wearables and audio experience preferred) product development, NPD, project management or a related role.
• Basic understanding of hardware development and manufacturing processes.
• Comfortable working with OEM/ODM factories and external vendors.
• Strong project management, follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Hands-on, proactive and persistent in driving things to closure.
