As we expand our robotic solutions across India, we are looking for a Manager – Robotics & Technology Operations who can bridge the gap between technology, customers, operations, and implementation teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a technology-oriented and operations-focused professional with 4–6 years of experience who has a strong understanding of robotics, IoT, automation, digitalization, and technology-driven operations.

The role will involve working closely with robotics technology partners, customers, internal teams, service teams, and vendors to support the deployment, implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation of autonomous robotic solutions across India.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding technology, identifying operational requirements, coordinating multiple teams, solving implementation challenges, and supporting customers in adopting technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Robotics & Technology: Coordinate the deployment, commissioning, configuration, operation, and continuous improvement of autonomous robotic solutions in collaboration with technology partners and customers.
• IoT & Digitalization: Identify and implement opportunities involving IoT, automation, digital workflows, dashboards, data monitoring, and process digitalization to improve operational efficiency.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, technology partners, and service teams, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of projects.
• Customer & Technology Implementation: Understand customer requirements, translate them into technical and operational requirements, and support customer onboarding, demonstrations, training, deployment, and technology adoption.
• Operations & Process Improvement: Monitor KPIs, operational performance, service quality, and deployment progress while identifying opportunities for process optimization and technology-driven improvements.
• Logistics & Support Operations: Coordinate robot movement, installation, spare parts, inventory, and related logistics activities. Basic knowledge of supply chain, warehouse operations, and ERP/WMS systems will be an advantage.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in robotics, automation, IoT, technology operations, project implementation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding or hands-on exposure to robotics, automation, IoT, or connected technology solutions.
• Knowledge of digitalization, process automation, digital workflows, or technology-enabled operations.
• Experience in robot deployment, commissioning, implementation, project coordination, or technology integration will be highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technology partners, vendors, internal teams, and service teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to understand customer/operational requirements and translate them into practical technology-driven solutions.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, documentation, and KPI tracking.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or operational management systems will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across India when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment involving emerging technologies and robotic solutions.
