Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Information System (MIS) Executive role based in Betul. The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries for various business functions. The role involves collecting data from different departments, validating and analyzing it, and presenting clear insights to management for decision-making. The MIS Executive will monitor key performance indicators, ensure data accuracy and timely reporting, and support process improvements through data-driven recommendations. The position also includes coordinating with branch teams, responding to information requests, and assisting in the implementation and enhancement of MIS tools and information systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with experience in handling structured data and reporting tools.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in MIS Reporting, including creating dashboards, summaries, and performance reports.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly to management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and strong organizational skills are important for success in this role.
• Prior experience in financial services, broking, or capital markets MIS functions will be an added advantage.
