Frontend Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Front-end Engineer proficient in React to join our dynamic team. As a front-end engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components and workflows that enhance user experience. Experience with responsive design principles, a design-based approach to front-end development, and the ability to leverage Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-5 for enhanced productivity are essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain production-grade React applications using React + TypeScript. - Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement and integrate user interfaces with server-side functionality. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. - Utilize language models (e. g., GPT-5) to optimize development workflows and improve productivity. - Apply design-based principles to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Requirements: - Proven experience (3-5 years) working as a front-end engineer or in a similar role. - Expert-level React.js with TypeScript (hooks, context, performance optimization). - Proven proficiency in developing responsive web applications using React.js, incorporating component-based architecture, state management, and optimization techniques for enhanced performance. - Modern build tools (Webpack 5 and Vite) with configuration experience. - Strong understanding of frontend architecture and system design. - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, etc. ). - Familiarity with performance profiling tools (React DevTools, Lighthouse). - Design-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and aesthetics. - Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and code review. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: - Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries - Understanding of UX design principles and accessibility standards. - Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile. - Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading frontend initiatives.
