IFI is part of a growing space where finance, media, and technology converge to create engaging experiences for viewers and participants.

Role Description The Back End Developer will design, build, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that power India’s Future Investors digital platforms. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing database structures, integrating front-end components, ensuring application performance and scalability, and maintaining secure data flows. The role involves collaborating closely with product, design, and front-end teams to support features such as user onboarding, game mechanics, scoring systems, analytics, and content distribution. The developer will also troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the technology stack and development practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including building RESTful APIs and integrating with databases and external services.
• Solid Software Development experience with clean architecture, design patterns, and maintainable code.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming concepts (data structures, algorithms, error handling).
• Ability to collaborate with Front-End Development teams to integrate user interfaces with back-end services.
• Experience with one or more server-side languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, .NET) and relational/non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, media/entertainment environment.
