We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with HR Tech + Agentic AI experience to work across frontend, backend, databases and AI-powered applications.

🔥 MUST-HAVE / KEY REQUIREMENTS

Frontend:

Lit.js / Web Components + React.js
JavaScript (ES6+) + TypeScript
HTML, CSS/SCSS, Shadow DOM, Custom Elements

Backend & Database:

Node.js / Server-side JavaScript
Python + FastAPI
PostgreSQL / SQL – schema, joins & queries
REST APIs, OAuth/JWT, authentication

Agentic AI:

LangGraph / LangChain – hands-on
Real AI Agent development – workflows, state, tools & checkpointing
LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling & structured outputs
AWS Bedrock / Claude / OpenAI

Testing & DevOps:

Playwright / Cypress / Selenium
Git, PR reviews, GitHub Actions
Docker Compose

AI Coding Tools:

Claude Code / Cursor / Copilot or similar

⭐ What the Client REALLY Wants

✅ HR Tech domain + Full Stack experience — Mandatory

✅ Lit.js + React.js + Node.js — hands-on

✅ Strong TypeScript / JavaScript + PostgreSQL/SQL

✅ Real Agentic AI development, not just LLM API integration

✅ Ability to work independently in an existing/legacy codebase

⚠️ Candidates should be able to explain their HR Tech project, Lit.js work, React + Node.js application, AI Agent architecture, agent state/checkpointing, and Python/FastAPI + PostgreSQL project during technical screening.
