Role: Product Ownership & Agile/Scrum Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog using RICE scoring and business value.
• Create clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and development teams to align business requirements.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove blockers, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote Scrum best practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.Primary Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Agile Project Management, or related roles.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
