We are currently seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Design and develop AI assistants and agentic workflow solutions.

Knowledge Systems Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.

Data & Retrieval Develop knowledge ingestion, extraction, and retrieval pipelines from documents, APIs, databases, and web sources.

Search & Context Implement chunking strategies, semantic search, vector search, and graph-based retrieval.

Platform Engineering Develop scalable AI services, APIs, and automation workflows.

Automation Build browser automation solutions using Playwright and Puppeteer.

Operations Deploy, monitor, and optimize containerized AI applications.

Quality & Eval Contribute to AI testing, evaluation, benchmarking, and experimentation practices.

Eng. Excellence Apply software engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.

Core Skills Good To Have

Programming Strong Python development skills.

AI Engineering Experience building AI, ML, or data-driven solutions.

Generative AI Experience with LLM-based applications and Generative AI solutions.

RAG & Retrieval Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic

search, and chunking strategies.

Data Processing Understanding of web scraping and unstructured data processing.

Soft. Engineering Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

Cloud Good understanding of Azure and cloud-native architectures.

MLOps / LLMOps Familiarity with deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows for AI

solutions.

AI Evaluation Experience with AI testing, model evaluation, benchmarking, and performance

optimization.

Browser Auto. Experience with Playwright or Puppeteer.

Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Agentic AI Workflow orchestration and agentic design

patterns.

Adv. Retrieval Hybrid search, retrieval optimization, and

advanced RAG architectures.

Knowledge

Graphs

Graph-based retrieval and knowledge graph

solutions.

Fine-Tuning LoRA, QLoRA, Adapter-based Tuning, and

PEFT techniques.

Model Serving Serving and deploying models using vLLM and

SGLang.

Observability Monitoring, tracing, and AI observability

frameworks.

AI Strategy Understanding when to use prompting, RAG,

knowledge graphs, or fine-tuning.
