Tagetto is the deal sourcing and pipeline software for professionals that buy and sell companies. Find companies, map markets, run the pipeline and track what changes at each of them, all in the same place.

We're at prototype stage, the vision is clear, and we're now looking for developers to take us from here to MVP and beyond. We're based in UtrechtInc on the USP.

The role

You'll have genuine responsibility — from how the data model is structured to how the product gets deployed. You'll build backend and frontend, make pragmatic technical decisions, and set things up in a way that scales cleanly as the product grows. That includes all the glamourous and the less glamorous but important stuff: deployments, security basics, keeping the environment stable.

What you'll own

The full stack — architecture decisions, backend and frontend implementation, database design, CI/CD, staging and production deployments, and a solid security baseline. As the product matures, integrations and async processing will come into the picture too.

What we're looking for

You've shipped at least one real web app from start to finish — not a tutorial project, something actual users could use. You write clearly: updates, decisions, pull request descriptions. You can move fast with incomplete information and still keep quality in check.

What success looks like

Shippable progress every week. MVP features that work end-to-end, backed by tests or a repeatable checklist you've actually run.
