Scrum Master
Your role
About Us
Atlas Copco is a Swedish multinational industrial company that was founded in 1873. It manufactures industrial tools and equipment. The Atlas Copco Group is a global industrial group of companies headquartered in Nacka, Sweden.
At Global IT Hub, we are more than a technology organisation. We are a community of innovators, problem-solvers, and digital pioneers dedicated to accelerating Atlas Copco Group’s business potential through world-class technology solutions. Join us to shape the future of digital transformation, work on global challenges, and create impact for businesses and customers worldwide.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join the CODA team and support predictable delivery of advanced analytics and AI capabilities. CODA is the group-wide data analytics solution for Group Reporting, bringing together Sales, Finance and ESG data, and providing trusted, transparent and near real-time insights across the business, via Power BI tools and AI initiatives.
As CODA has grown into a multi-product solution, the number of parallel workstreams, dependencies and locations have made dedicated delivery management essential. The Delivery Manager translates the CODA roadmap into realistic plans, tracks progress, supports a consistent agile way of working, and helps align work to available capacity.
The Product Owner remains accountable for priorities, scope and business value. The Delivery Manager works through facilitation and influence, raising risks, constraints and dependencies early so they can be resolved promptly; enabling delivery.
In This Role, You Will
Planning
Turn quarterly and annual CODA roadmaps into living delivery plans, sequencing topics, sizing work with the team, and identifying dependencies across products and neighboring teams.
Ensure that the planning is realistic, takes teams past performance and future capacity into account.
Track sprint-by-sprint progress, identify slippage early, and bring options to the Product Owner before issues escalate.
Follow up on commitments, chase open actions, unblock delivery where possible, and escalate unresolved issues.
Maintain delivery updates for stakeholder reporting, including status, timing changes and reprioritization.
Way of Working
Facilitate and improve scrum ceremonies where needed, including stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Keep refinement focused on story readiness, dailies short and blocker-driven, and ensure the functional backlog feeds into sprint planning.
Support alignment of ways of working across the merged teams and two CODA streams.
Ensure team members actively participate in retrospectives, the retrospectives result in meaningful actions, and the actions are actively monitored.
Identify practical improvements to ways of working, keeping the approach manageable as products expand and the team grows.
Resource & Capacity Planning
Support capacity planning behind the roadmap, keeping individual workload visible and realistic.
Flag over-capacity early and propose adjustments such as resequencing, rebalancing, adding capacity or descoping.
Plan around known constraints, including regional leave patterns and month-end close periods.
Highlight resourcing gaps and raise recommendations to the Product Owner early enough to act.
To succeed, you will need

- Proven ability to build delivery plans, track progress, and manage dependencies, risks and escalations to resolution.
- Hands-on scrum master experience, including ceremonies, team coaching, backlog readiness and estimation quality.

Desirable
- Understanding of group finance, including month-end close and its impact on delivery priorities.
- Experience in projects relating data, analytics or finance-related with parallel workstreams and multiple products and stakeholders, is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Databricks, Azure and modern analytics delivery, sufficient to challenge estimates and understand dependencies.
- Working knowledge of JIRA or Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint and capacity management, and reporting that can be drawn from them.
- Effective use of AI to improve ways of working.
