Job Description: Agentic AI Core Product Lead

Role: Agentic AI Core Product Lead

Experience: 8–12+ years in product management and technology, with experience in AI/ML or Generative AI preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Core Product Lead to define product strategy, lead core AI platform development, and drive end-to-end product delivery. The role requires strong product leadership, technical understanding of Agentic AI architectures, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, intelligent AI products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and architecture priorities for the Agentic AI core platform.
  • Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the development of AI agent capabilities, including planning, reasoning, memory, tool calling, orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • Translate business requirements into product specifications, epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising AI/ML engineers, software developers, architects, UX designers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on LLM integration, RAG, APIs, enterprise connectors, and workflow automation.
  • Define AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, guardrails, security requirements, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Manage MVPs, proof of concepts, pilot programs, releases, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Engage customers and senior stakeholders to identify use cases and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Track product KPIs, adoption, reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and business value.
  • Mentor team members and establish product governance and delivery best practices.

Required Skills

  • End-to-end product management and product roadmap ownership.
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, or equivalent technologies.
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, vector databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, backlog management, and release planning.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or managing AI platforms, reusable AI components, or enterprise AI products.
  • Exposure to Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Cloud AI.
  • Understanding of AI governance, observability, model evaluation, security, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience taking AI products from concept to production and scaling them for enterprise adoption.

  • Reliability and quality of agent workflows.
  • Reduction in manual effort and measurable business value.
