Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled CSF Developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining customer communications, statements, notices, and correspondence for Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services clients.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in CSF Development and Letter Design.
  • Experience in customer communication management and document generation.
  • Knowledge of data mapping and template customization.
  • Understanding of Banking and Insurance business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working directly with clients and business teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain customer communications, letters, statements, notices, and forms using CSF.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and develop document templates as per client requirements.
  • Ensure generated correspondence matches approved business formats and compliance standards.
  • Integrate CSF solutions with upstream and downstream applications.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of projects and enhancements.
  • Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.
