1. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end service and product development initiatives at iHub/Square. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, proven program management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across service and product development.
• Define project scope, roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align objectives and track progress.
• Mentor and guide engineering and delivery teams to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, project governance, and delivery processes.3. Required Skills and Qualifications

A. Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience in product and service development.
• Knowledge of programming technologies such as Java, Python, MERN Stack, or MEAN Stack.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, and automation.
• Exposure to AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Science is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and user-centered design principles.B. Preferred Certifications

Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• PRINCE2
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
