Implementation Requirement: Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a hands-on Oracle Engagement Cloud (OEC) / Oracle CX Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle CX/OEC solutions.
• Own solution design, configuration, technical customisation and integration activities.
• Configure and enhance OEC business processes, UI, workflows and application functionality.
• Develop/support integrations between OEC and surrounding enterprise applications using appropriate Oracle integration technologies.
• Participate across the complete implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, configuration/development, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Oracle CX/OEC.
• Work directly with business, functional and technical stakeholders.
• Provide solution guidance while remaining hands-on with delivery.Mandatory Skills
