Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Domain Consultant with over 4 years of experience in customizing, configuring, and maintaining Finastra Loan IQ and its SDK/API architecture for commercial lending operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable Java Microservices and managing complex database queries in Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Build and modify Loan IQ functions, APIs, and Loan IQ SDK tools to support core lending lifecycles.
• Connect Loan IQ with external platforms, data feeds, and middleware using REST, SOAP, or messaging queues.
• Manage enterprise batch operations, schedule triggers, and configure Event Manager setups.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and high-quality code. Build and maintain scalable Java Microservices and Spring Boot applications. Design and optimize complex queries and schemas in Oracle.
• Develop and manage Daily, Monthly, and Quarterly batch jobs using Spring Boot for seamless file transfers.
• Unit testing, conduct code reviews, and support SIT and UAT phases to ensure defect-free deployments. Leverage GitHub Copilot to enhance development cycles and code review efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Deep experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and batch file-based interfaces.
• Understanding of commercial lending workflows and Loan IQ.
• Good communication skills as the resource needs to interact with clients and teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Copilot.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field.
