Role Overview

Own SC’s web surfaces — consumer web app, ops dashboards, brand portals, and admin tools. You’ll make architecture decisions, build component systems, and ship polished UI at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own frontend end-to-end — consumer web, ops dashboards, brand portals, and internal admin tools.
• Architect the stack: component library, state management, API layer, routing, and build pipeline.
• Build high-performance e-commerce web experiences and real-time operational dashboards.
• Ensure web performance (Core Web Vitals, code splitting, CDN) and set up frontend CI/CD and testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive frontend engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years building production web applications with React.js.
• Expert React — hooks, performance optimisation, component architecture. Strong TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js,, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend tooling.
• Hands-on building dashboards and internal tools with complex data tables and real-time updates.
• Familiarity with testing (Jest, Playwright/Cypress) and REST API integration (React Query/SWR).

Preferred Qualifications

• Data visualisation (Recharts, D3) or WebSocket/SSE for real-time features.
• Prior e-commerce frontend experience — PLPs, search, checkout.
