Role Description The Product Manager role at DHC Autosolutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing the product lifecycle for automotive accessories and safety solutions, including market research, requirement gathering, and defining product roadmaps. The Product Manager will coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to prioritize features, oversee development, and ensure timely product launches. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback and market trends, tracking product performance, optimizing pricing and positioning, and preparing product documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. The person in this role will also contribute to strategic planning, identify opportunities for new products or enhancements, and support cross-functional initiatives to strengthen the brand’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and lifecycle management.
- Market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Experience in automotive, consumer electronics, or hardware products is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using product management and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to product decisions.
