Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled developers with 10 plus years of experience to drive the next generation of our digital platform using UI design and React skill. This role is focused on rapid application development, utilizing AI powered tools to accelerate our development cycles. Translate high fidelity Figma UI UX designs into pixel perfect, responsive React components, ensuring seamless alignment between design and implementation. Tech will bridge the gap between design and execution by translating high fidelity Figma prototypes directly into functional React screens, while building and maintaining scalable backend services. Tech will be expected to embrace and optimize AI assisted coding practices to enhance delivery velocity and code quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience building innovative digital products in a regulated environment financial services preferred with strong security and risk awareness Strong API design skills, integration patterns, and experience building services that can be reused across multiple use cases. Experience with modern cloud platforms and AI services e.g., Google Cloud or Vertex AI, RAG, Gemini, or comparable platforms. Experience with modern front end frameworks and rapid prototyping approaches e.g., React or Next.js or equivalent. Translate high fidelity Figma UI UX designs into pixel perfect, responsive React components, ensuring seamless alignment between design and implementation. Actively leverage and train on AI development tools e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc. to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate boilerplate, and accelerate overall development lifecycles. Collaborate with product owners and cross functional teams to deliver enterprise grade features while ensuring code scalability, security, and maintainability.
