Role Description The Senior .NET C# Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, write clean and testable code, and participate in code reviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, integrating APIs and third-party services, and ensuring adherence to best practices in object-oriented programming and software engineering. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting deployment and release processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum exp of 7 years
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills, with a focus on C# and modern software engineering practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Software Development using .NET Core, including building, testing, and deploying production-grade applications.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and related web frameworks for developing robust, secure, and performant web applications.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with databases such as SQL Server or similar relational systems.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead engineer role, including mentoring and technical guidance, is highly beneficial.
