Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms for real-world applications.
• Build end-to-end LLM and RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and work on agentic AI systems.
• Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) and implement effective prompt engineering strategies.
• Fine-tune and deploy models using Hugging Face Transformers.
• Implement agent monitoring, including performance tracking and logging.
• Apply AI system security best practices (prompt injection prevention, data privacy, secure API key management).
• Design and maintain Python microservices using FastAPI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for LLM and RAG workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with MLOps and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, etc.).
• Experience working with FastAPI and Linux environments.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
• Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Strong skills in automated testing (pytest).
• Nice to have knowledge of quantization, model compression techniques, advanced LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) and RLHF.
