Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, PCF controls, and JavaScript/TypeScript customizations.
  • Build and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  • Develop enterprise integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
  • Work with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Web APIs.
  • Support Dynamics CRM On-Premises environments, including SQL queries, stored procedures, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, production incidents, integration failures, and performance-related challenges.
  • Implement Dynamics 365 security models, role-based access controls, field-level security, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment notes, and operational handover documents.
