Are you passionate about RF technologies, antenna innovation, and product strategy? We’re looking for an experienced Product Line Manager to lead our Base Station Antennas and RF Solutions portfolio, driving product innovation, market growth, and customer success.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Define and execute product line strategy for base station antennas and RF solutions.

✅ Manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and retirement.

✅ Drive innovation in 5G/6G technologies, Massive MIMO, Active Antennas, and Beamforming.

✅ Lead customer trials and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), ensuring successful validation in live network environments.

✅ Collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver competitive solutions.

✅ Drive market analysis, pricing strategy, profitability, and cost optimization.

✅ Build strong customer relationships and translate technical requirements into commercially viable solutions.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in RF/Antenna engineering or product line management, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in antenna theory, RF systems, and telecom standards.
• Proven experience in product strategy, lifecycle management, and customer trials/PoCs.
• Knowledge of Massive MIMO, Active Antennas, manufacturing, and cost optimization will be an advantage.
