Job Overview

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.

The role involves building responsive interfaces, developing server-side applications, integrating APIs, managing databases, and connecting software applications with AI services, hardware devices, or other systems where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain functional, scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or equivalent technologies.
• Develop server-side application logic, back-end services, and software components required for complete web applications.
• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain APIs for communication between application components and external services.
• Work with SQL or NoSQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and application integration.
• Integrate AI-based services, hardware devices, and other external systems into software applications wherever required.
• Participate in assigned research initiatives, software development projects, and product development activities.
• Contribute to the software development lifecycle, including application planning, development, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve software errors, application defects, and performance-related issues.
• Write clean, structured, maintainable, and properly documented application code.
• Use Git and version control practices to manage source code and track application changes.
• Support application deployment, updates, technical improvements, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members on development requirements, technical implementation, and research assignments.
• Take ownership of assigned software development tasks and contribute to project completion.
• Conduct programming, coding, software development, and technology-related learning sessions for students.
• Introduce students to programming fundamentals, web development concepts, and practical software development techniques.
• Guide students through hands-on coding exercises, technical demonstrations, and application development activities.
• Explain programming concepts and technical subjects in a structured and understandable manner.
• Support student learning activities that connect classroom knowledge with practical technology applications.
• Coordinate with team members on assigned student learning, research, and technology development initiatives.Development & Learning Responsibilities

Research & Product Development – 50%

• Work on assigned software engineering, web development, and research projects.
• Design and develop front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Build functional software applications based on assigned project requirements.
• Participate in applied research and software product development activities.
• Test, debug, deploy, and continuously improve developed applications.
• Explore AI services, hardware integrations, and other technologies whenever required for assigned projects.
• Maintain source code, technical documentation, and version control for development activities.
• Collaborate with the research and product development team to implement technical solutions.Student Learning & Technical Sessions – 50%
• Conduct coding and software development sessions for students aged approximately 10–20 years.
• Introduce students to programming fundamentals, web technologies, and software development concepts.
• Demonstrate practical coding techniques through exercises and application development activities.
• Guide students in understanding front-end development, back-end systems, and basic application functionality.
• Support hands-on programming activities and student technology projects.
• Explain technical concepts according to students' knowledge and learning levels.
• Encourage practical application of programming concepts through project-based learning.
• Coordinate with the team on assigned technical learning and educational initiatives.Candidate Profile
• 0–2 years of experience in full stack development, web application development, or software engineering.
• Experienced candidates with strong technical skills and relevant development capabilities are also eligible.
• Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end web development.
• Familiarity with React or an equivalent modern front-end framework.
• Understanding of at least one back-end development technology stack.
• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and their integration with software applications.
• Understanding of API development, integration, and communication between software components.
• Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and software deployment fundamentals.
• Ability to develop and maintain client-side and server-side components of web applications.
• Understanding of software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented application code.
• Interest in building complete software applications and taking ownership of development tasks.
• Willingness to participate in applied research and product development projects.
• Comfortable working with AI services, hardware integration, or emerging technologies when required.
• Interest in teaching programming and conducting technical learning sessions for students.
• Ability to explain software development concepts to students with different technical knowledge levels.
