Design the deck, build the page, cut the video — with AI doing the heavy lifting and your taste doing the judging.

Vinculum is a well-regarded global SaaS product company specializing in AI-powered commerce solutions, serving 400+ enterprise customers across Online Marketplaces, 3PLs, Distributors, Retailers, Enterprises, and D2C Brands. You will sit close to the Founder & CEO’s office, so everything visible about Vinculum passes through you.

What you will own

Visual identity in practice: decks, one-pagers, social, event and co-branded partner assets
The website’s front end and category hubs, in Webflow, Framer or HTML/CSS
Founder and leadership talks turned into reels, clips and YouTube cuts
A design system that keeps AI output on-brand

What we are looking for

3–7 years across design plus web or video, with a portfolio that shows range
Figma, HTML/CSS and Webflow or Framer
AI in your daily workflow — image, video, layout, code — and the judgement to edit what it makes
Hunger: you learn fast, take blunt feedback well and move at founder pace

The path — production, then art direction, then owner of brand and web experience — is written down, not implied. This role is for an allrounder who can seamlessly move between projects. If you are looking for a specialist role for a decade, this seat is not for you.
