Job Title: Delivery Head – Data & AI

Experience: 15–20 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head – Data & Analytics to lead end-to-end delivery of AWS-based data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data engineering, data architecture, AWS Cloud, and data analytics, along with proven experience managing large teams and enterprise-level delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities

AWS Data & Analytics Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS-based data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML programs.
• Oversee data lakes and data warehouses using Amazon S3, Redshift, AWS Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, and EMR.
• Manage real-time data pipelines using Kinesis, MSK, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Drive AI/ML initiatives using Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, LLMs, and RAG implementations.
• Lead cloud migration projects involving legacy platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, and Hadoop.Technical & Delivery Leadership
• Define AWS architecture patterns, data modeling standards, and cloud delivery strategies.
• Implement DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Manage large-scale programs, budgets, delivery timelines, and complex data environments.
• Drive cloud cost optimization, performance improvement, and data governance initiatives.Team & Client Management
• Lead and mentor teams of data engineers, data architects, data scientists, ML engineers, and BI developers.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and delivery commitments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution architecture, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
• Drive technical upskilling and AWS certification initiatives.Required Qualifications – Must Have
• 15–20 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Architecture, or related domains.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery leadership and managing large teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud experience in current or recent projects.
• Strong expertise in AWS services, including S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, EMR, Kinesis, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
• Strong experience in designing and delivering data lakes, data warehouses, and enterprise data platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/Scala, PySpark, and data modeling.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation/CDK, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture.
• Proven experience in large-scale data platform delivery, cloud migrations, and production data pipelines.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
• AWS certifications in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Generative AI, RAG implementations, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments such as Azure and GCP.
• Strong expertise in cloud cost optimization and enterprise-level data platform delivery.Interested Candidates
