• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services within software solutions.
• Understanding of database management and data manipulation techniques relevant to application development.
