Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst with a strong interest in research, data analysis, and report preparation. The ideal candidate should have good analytical and writing skills, the ability to conduct structured research, and the confidence to convert information into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on social, economic, and development-related topics.
  • Collect, review, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, summaries, and documentation.
  • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights from research findings.
  • Support project teams in preparing reports, proposals, and other research deliverables.
  • Gather information from credible sources, surveys, reports, and relevant databases.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate with team members to support ongoing research and consulting projects.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Political Science, Statistics, or another relevant social science discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in research, data analysis, report writing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret data, conduct literature reviews, and present findings clearly.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
