Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience to join our on-site team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and modern AI technologies, with the ability to build, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.

You will work across the entire development lifecycle, from designing responsive front-end interfaces and developing robust back-end services to integrating databases, third-party APIs, and AI-powered capabilities. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to transform product requirements into reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

The role also involves integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), developing AI-driven features, optimizing application performance, and contributing to architectural decisions, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

Required Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• API Development: Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
• AI Integration: Practical experience integrating AI APIs or building AI-powered features using LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• AI Frameworks: Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
• Security & Performance: Understanding of authentication, authorization, secure coding practices, performance optimization, and application scalability.
• Problem-Solving: Strong debugging, analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying applications on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment workflows.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, structured outputs, and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with Redis, background jobs, queues, and caching strategies.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, or Playwright.
• Exposure to microservices, serverless architecture, and scalable system design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
