Oracle PL/SQL Developer+Azure Data Engineer _ Exp: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and SQL queries.
• Design and develop ETL/data integration pipelines using Azure services.
• Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Perform data migration from on-premises Oracle databases to Azure.
• Work with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Azure-based data platforms.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
• Develop data models and implement data transformation processes.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with application developers, data architects, and business teams.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms for data pipelines.
• Follow best practices for data security, governance, and quality.Required Skills
• Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration.
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with Oracle-to-Azure data migration.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good to Have
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Knowledge of Databricks / PySpark.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of cloud security and data governance.
