We’re Hiring: MIS Lead

Infinity Bridge is hiring an MIS Lead for a client in Pune. You’ll own reporting and data accuracy for the business and work directly with leadership on the numbers that drive decisions.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end MIS: daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and reports for [operations / sales / finance / leadership]
• Design, automate and maintain reports so manual effort and errors go down
• Track KPIs and SLAs, flag deviations early, and run root-cause analysis on trends
• Pull, clean and reconcile data from multiple sources ([ERP / CRM / dialer / internal tools])
• Lead and mentor a team of [X] MIS executives and analysts, and set up review and QC checks
• Work with business heads to understand reporting needs and turn them into usable outputs
• Keep data accurate, confidential and on time, every cycle

What we’re looking for

• [6–10] years in MIS / reporting / data analysis, with at least [2] years leading a team
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivots, lookups, macros/VBA)
• Hands-on experience with [Power BI / Tableau] and working knowledge of SQL
• Strong grasp of business KPIs in [industry]
• Clear communicator who can present numbers to senior stakeholders
• Graduate in any discipline; [B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / MBA] preferred
