About the role

The Compounding Method needs someone who can build landing pages and websites that convert, and build them fast. We hand you the concept, offer and copy direction. You turn it into a finished, live page, often within a day or two. Speed and conversion results matter more than pixel-perfect polish. This is a hands-on production role, and you'll have a steady stream of pages to build from day one.

What you'll do

• Build landing pages and websites from briefs, wireframes and concepts, and ship them live quickly.
• Design for conversion: clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, forms, trust elements, mobile-first layout and fast load times.
• Work in WordPress and other tools as needed, including page builders, Figma and code.
• Create page variations for A/B testing and iterate on results.
• Design static ad creatives that match the landing pages (Photoshop or Figma).
• Follow instructions precisely, and flag ideas when you see a better way.

Must have

• 3+ years building websites and landing pages, with a portfolio of live, conversion-focused work.
• Strong WordPress skills (Elementor, Gutenberg or similar) and working HTML/CSS.
• Photoshop and Figma proficiency.
• Practical grasp of conversion mechanics: offer, message match, friction, above the fold, social proof, form design and page speed.
• Fast, efficient execution. Can you ship a solid page in hours, not weeks?
• Static ad creative design for paid social.
• Strong written English.
• Availability for overlap with US Pacific hours (about 1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST).

Bonus

• Short-form video ad editing and motion graphics (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
• Experience with other builders and stacks (Webflow, Unbounce, Framer, Shopify).
• Familiarity with analytics, tracking pixels, GA4, Hotjar or Clarity.
• Experience in finance, lending, healthcare or lead generation.
