  • Plan and manage your own workload across multiple priorities, meet commitments and keep work status and documentation current.
  • Use approved AI coding assistants where useful, and review and test all generated code before using it.

Your Background

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a product development organization, with a strong background in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of semantic HTML5, modern CSS, responsive layouts, custom properties and container queries.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and browser developer tools.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards and the ability to apply accessibility requirements during implementation.
  • Experience with Git-based workflows, npm and CI/CD concepts.
  • Experience implementing interfaces from Figma or Adobe design files with strong attention to detail.
  • Practical knowledge of cross-browser testing, debugging and front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience working with a CMS; experience with Sitefinity, another enterprise CMS or a headless CMS is an advantage.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor, together with sound judgement about code quality, security and limitations.
  • Working understanding of LLM concepts such as prompts, tokens, hallucinations and the need to validate generated output.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the confidence to work directly with business and technical stakeholders across regions.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with enterprise marketing websites, multi-brand environments, or high-volume web delivery.
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO implementation requirements, analytics tagging or conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Exposure to design systems, component libraries, automated testing or front-end observability.
